Christmas Disco 2019

Christmas Disco 2019

Events

Christmas show - This is the perfect opportunity for your little one to take centre stage. It is a lovely event. The perfect way to celebrate how well your little gymnast has done this year. All children will be learning a routine. They will have the chance to perform their routine to friends and family. Tickets will be on sale nearer the time. (fees do not cover this week as there are no training sessions during show week.)

Awards week - The gymnasts work super hard all year round and this is the perfect way to celebrate all there achievements. Gymnasts will have a selection of elements to complete in order to gain them selves a medal. Depending on how well they do they will be taking home either a bronze, sliver or gold medal. family and friends will be allowed to come and watch.

Parent viewing week - This will happen every term. This gives the club and the children a chance to show parents everything they have been learning in that term. Parents will be allowed in 25 minutes at the end of their session. They will have 5 minutes in each piece of equipment and 5 minutes at the end to show you what ever they like.

Fundraisers

As we are a self funded gymnastics club we look at fun filled ways that we can raise money. All the money that we raise from our fundraisers goes straight into the club. This money goes towards new equipment for the children to use. All of our fund raisers are optional.

Christmas disco - This was a hit last year. We raised over £400.00 Richard then very kindly matched what we made and was able to get some new bits of equipment which the kids have enjoyed using! Tickets for these will be sold nearer the time. We have a d.j. face glitter, glow sticks and a tuck shop with lots of goodies to buy.

Smarties tube challenge - Every child will be given a tube of smarties. Once they have finished their smarties and are left with the empty tube they are then to fill the tube as much as they can with 20p pieces. Once they have completed the challenge or have tried their best to complete the tube they can then bring it back. Once they have bought the tube back they will receive and Easter egg.
