Sports Leaders-The Next Generation

What is our sports leaders program all about?

Prosports Solutions Sports Leaders program is an initiative we have designed to help children increase their levels of confidence and develop leadership and team working skills with their peers.

The program begins with our team member visiting your setting during Break/Lunchtimes and delivering structured playtime activity to all of the children on the playground.

Following this, the school then identifies some children who would like to become a sports leader and conduct the activities and give a better structure to playtime activity. From here, a member of our team will mentor and advise the pupils selected on how to deliver sessions to their peers effectively and to help them boost their confidence.

At the end of the program, all pupils who took part should be equipped to run the program on their own with occasional visits from our team member to see how they are getting on.
